These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of food products offered by the association Un panier pour Noël, whose head office is located in Switzerland. Online product offers and prices are only valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stocks. Any order placed on the https://unpanierpournoel.com/boutique website implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
- Products
The products offered for sale are those shown on the https://unpanierpournoel.com/boutique website on the day of consultation of the website by the customer. The products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, Un panier pour Noël cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this presentation.
- Order
The customer places an order in accordance with the specifications provided online. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
- Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) all taxes included (TTC) and are applicable only on the date of validation of the order by the customer. The association Un panier pour Noël reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the application of the price in force on the day of the order.
- Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The customer may pay by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the site. The customer guarantees that he/she has the necessary authorisation to use the chosen method of payment.
- Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. The association Un panier pour Noël undertakes to deliver the products within the times indicated on the site. In the event of late delivery, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
- Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current Swiss legislation, food products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Liability
The association Un panier pour Noël disclaims any liability for allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of products sold on the website. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the allergen information provided for each product before consumption.
- Complaints
All complaints must be sent by e-mail to uppnoel@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of the order. After this time, no complaint will be taken into account.

- Applicable Law
These TCS are governed by Swiss law. In case of a dispute, Swiss courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Sale
